Below are some very important details regarding our group booking details. Please make sure to read through this page carefully before booking your reservation.
Group Booking details
Veronica and Michael have secured discounted group rates for guests of their wedding! Guest reservations MUST be made on this site through the link provided on Beachy Vows’ website to attend wedding events; reservations made directly with the resort, via online travel agencies such as Expedia or Hotels.com, or via a travel agency will not receive any group perks, discounted group pricing, and promotions nor will guests be allowed to enter wedding events.
While there is a 3 night minimum, most guests choose to add nights before and after the wedding in order to enjoy the incredible resort with friends and family. Please feel free to take advantage of this rate from Wednesday, January 14, 2026-Wednesday, January 21, 2026. Kindly note the nights before January 16 and after January 19 are subject to availability.
Please make your reservation by November 1, 2025 so we can plan for your attendance of events.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is optional but recommended. Beachy Vows currently offers a Cancel Anytime insurance product that will be made available for purchase within 14 days of the date you are charged for your room. The Cancel Anytime plan allows for 100% refunds of the non-refundable amount for cancellations due to covered reasons or 80% refunds of the non-refundable amount for cancellations due to most other reasons (for example - no longer wanting to travel). The link and instructions to purchase this plan will be provided by email along with your invoice during the charge window. Terms and conditions are subject to change by the insurance company until the plan is purchased.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Full payment for your reservation will be charged between 11/1/2025-12/1/2025
Cancellations on or after 11/26/2025 will be charged a 100% penalty of room total; non-refundable
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What are the visa and/or passport requirements for Mexico?
Travel to Mexico requires valid passports, even for US Citizens. Please ensure that your passport expires after 6 months from the date of entry into Mexico. Mexico has no visa requirement for US Citizens, but you will be asked to fill out a FMM form (Mexico's visitor permit) on the plane or once you land. Once you get to immigration and customs at Cancún airport, the agents will give you the bottom half to retain until you leave the country. It is VERY important to keep this secure until you leave Mexico.

Is there transportation available between Cancún International Airport and the resort?
Veronica and Michael are kindly providing roundtrip shared airport transfers. Please submit your flight information no later than 1 month prior to arrival into Cancun International Airport (CUN).
What time is check-in and check-out at Andaz Mayakoba Resort?
Check-in time is at 3pm and check-out time is at 12pm. Reservations made through Beachy Vows will be given priority on early check-in times as we will make requests directly with resort management. Early check-in is not guaranteed, but the resort will do their best.
Guests are welcome to stay on property all day the day of check-in and check-out. Bags will be stored with your butler staff when you don't have access to your room.
Can I stay for just 2 nights?
While most destination wedding guests choose to stay 5-7 nights when flying to Mexico, we understand there may be certain limiting factors. Unfortunately, group discounts are only valid on a minimum of 3 night stays. If you absolutely must stay 2 nights, please contact us at support@beachyvows.com so we can find the best rates possible for you. Booking through Beachy Vows allows for certain group benefits to be conveyed and allows for the best rate possible.
