Travel Insurance by Allianz | Please read the following recommendations before purchasing

• Beachy Vows has made available the purchase of Allianz’ Classic with Cancel Anytime plan to cover the hotel portion of your travel. This is available ONLY within 14 days of your trip payment date.

• Allianz’ Classic with Cancel Anytime plan covers 100% of hotel cost if cancelled for a covered reason or 80% of the hotel cost if cancelled for almost any reason that the plan does not cover.

  • Example of Covered Reasons (100%) - Covered illness or injury, traffic accident, military duty, employer termination, normal pregnancy

  • Example of Cancel Anytime (80%) - Not wanting to travel anymore

• Please fill out the following:

  • State of Residence - Where you live

  • Total Trip Cost - Cost of hotel room only; you can find this on your booking confirmation or invoice email

  • Age / Date of Birth - Ages for all travelers in room

  • Departure and Return Date - Date of check in and check out

  • Initial Deposit Date - The date that you were charged for your booking, NOT the date you requested your room initially. If you have any doubts, please check your email to see the date you received the invoice and / or check your credit card statement.

• It is your responsibility to review the insurance documents, policies, and terms; you are not required to purchase this plan. You are able to insure via the third party of your choice. Beachy Vows is not an insurance agency nor are we the reviewers or executers of claims. You are purchasing the insurance product from Allianz Travel and Jefferson Insurance Company.
