Group Booking details
Madison and Spencer have secured discounted group rates for guests of their wedding! Rooms MUST be booked through their group block on this site by August 1, 2025 in order to secure the best discounted rate, to attend wedding events, to be included in group promotions, to be protected by agency support in case of travel or other potential issues, and to be given priority access to rooming requests and be placed in the group block located near the bride and groom's group. Guests booking on third party websites (like Expedia or Hotels.com) or on the hotel website directly will not be able to access wedding events.
While there is a 3 night minimum stay, most guests choose to add nights at the discounted rate before and after the wedding in order to enjoy the incredible resort with friends and family. Please feel free to take advantage of this rate from Tuesday, December 2, 2025-Tuesday, December 9, 2025.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
A 30% non-refundable deposit of your entire stay will be charged between 8/1/2025-9/1/2025 to hold your room; the remaining amount will be due at check-in
Cancellation before August 28, 2025, will be subject to a forfeiture of the 30% of the total reservation.
Cancellation after August 28, 2025, will be subject to full stay penalty.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What are the visa and/or passport requirements for Mexico?
Travel to Mexico requires valid passports, even for US Citizens. Please ensure that your passport expires after 6 months from the date of entry into Mexico. Mexico has no visa requirement for US Citizens, but you will be asked to fill out a FMM form (Mexico's visitor permit) on the plane or once you land. Once you get to immigration and customs at Cancún airport, the agents will give you the bottom half to retain until you leave the country. It is VERY important to keep this secure until you leave Mexico.

Is there transportation available between Cancún International Airport and the resort?
More information will be provided in the upcoming months.
What time is check-in and check-out at Generations and El Dorado?
Check-in time is at 4pm and check-out time is at 11am. Reservations made through Beachy Vows will be given priority on early check-in times as we will make requests directly with resort management. Early check-in is not guaranteed, but the resort will do their best.
Can I stay for just 2 nights?
While most destination wedding guests choose to stay 5-7 nights when flying to Mexico, we understand there may be certain limiting factors. Unfortunately, group discounts are only valid on a minimum of 3 night stays. If you absolutely must stay 2 nights, please contact us at support@beachyvows.com so we can find the best rates possible for you. Booking through Beachy Vows allows for certain group benefits to be conveyed and allows for the best rate possible.
