With its beachfront Gourmet Tower featuring four Gourmet Inclusive® restaurants with 180-degree views of the Caribbean Sea, dining at Generations Riviera Maya is an adventure unto itself. With our Eko Kids Club™ offering supervised activities, parents can run off and play all by themselves. And with everything from beach watersports to nightly live entertainment, there are plenty of adult activities to run off to.
Guests ages 18 and over also enjoy full privileges. Adults staying at Generations can spend their days soaking up sun in the peaceful adults only El Dorado while all can take cooking classes offered at Generations.

Jenna and Drew have secured discounted group rates for guests of their wedding! Please book by October 15, 2024 so we can prepare for your attendance of events; in order to secure the best discounted rate, to attend wedding events, to be included in group promotions, and to be given priority access to rooming requests and be placed in the group block located near the bride and groom's group. Booking outside of the group block (including on the hotel’s website directly) is not allowed as access to wedding events are only provided by the hotel to wedding block guests.
Generations has a 3 night minimum stay required, but many extend their time in paradise as discounted rates are valid Wednesday, February 26, 2025-Wednesday, March 5, 2025.

Generations Riviera Maya is sure to please the entire family - with easy access to all amenities, restaurants, and bars just a maximum of 5 minutes walking away from every room at this resort, activities for children (including kid-friendly cooking classes and water sports), and eclectic cuisines including Haab Indian Cuisine or Jade Pan-Asian Restaurant, guests will enjoy all that Mexico has to offer in a secluded portion of this resort destination. Adults staying at Generations have free access to walk (12 minutes) or ride by golf cart (3 minutes) to enjoy the Adult Only El Dorado Royale sections, activities, restaurants, and bars.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is optional but recommended. Beachy Vows currently offers a Cancel Anytime insurance product that will be made available for purchase within 14 days of the date you are charged for your room. The Cancel Anytime plan allows for 100% refunds of the non-refundable amount for cancellations due to covered reasons or 80% refunds of the non-refundable amount for cancellations due to most other reasons (for example - no longer wanting to travel). The link and instructions to purchase this plan will be provided by email along with your invoice during the charge window. Terms and conditions are subject to change by the insurance company until the plan is purchased.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Payment for your requested booking will be charged between 10/15/2024-11/15/2024.
Cancellations on or after 11/15/2024 will be charged a 1 night penalty.
Cancellations on or after 12/13/2024 will be charged a 2 night penalty.
Cancellations on or after 1/13/2025 will be fully non-refundable.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What are the visa and/or passport requirements for Mexico?
Travel to Mexico requires valid passports, even for US Citizens. Please ensure that your passport expires after 6 months from the date of entry into Mexico. Mexico has no visa requirement for US Citizens, but you will be asked to fill out a FMM form (Mexico's visitor permit) on the plane or once you land. Once you get to immigration and customs at Cancún airport, the agents will give you the bottom half to retain until you leave the country. It is VERY important to keep this secure until you leave Mexico.

Is there transportation available between Cancún International Airport and the resort?
Jenna and Drew are kindly providing roundtrip shared airport transfers. Please submit your flight information no later than 1 month prior to arrival into Cancun International Airport (CUN).
What time is check-in and check-out at Generations and El Dorado?
Check-in time is at 3pm and check-out time is at 12pm. Reservations made through Beachy Vows will be given priority on early check-in times as we will make requests directly with resort management. Early check-in is not guaranteed, but the resort will do their best.
Guests are welcome to stay on property all day the day of check-in and check-out. Bags will be stored with your butler staff when you don't have access to your room.
Can I stay for just 2 nights?
While most destination wedding guests choose to stay 5-7 nights when flying to Mexico, we understand there may be certain limiting factors. Unfortunately, group discounts are only valid on a minimum of 3 night stays. If you absolutely must stay 2 nights, please contact us at support@beachyvows.com so we can find the best rates possible for you. Booking through Beachy Vows allows for certain group benefits to be conveyed and allows for the best rate possible.
Are kids welcome?
We chose Generations Riviera Maya because of the endless list of activities that will turn us all to children - so children are encouraged! Generations provides non-stop entertainment for the kids with themed characters, the Eko Kids Club (Sunday, Monday: 9 am - 5 pm & 7:30 pm - 11 pm, Tuesday - Saturday: 9 am - 5pm & 7:30 pm - 9 pm), Little Eko Chefs program (3 pm on weekdays), and much more!
Adults staying at Generations Riviera Maya are more than welcome to join the festivities throughout the day or dine at any of the restaurants at El Dorado Royale! Children will be given special access to the El Dorado side only for attendance of events in those sections.
